We only collect what you type into our forms, we use it to reply to you and to match creators with brand campaigns, we never sell it, and you can ask us to delete it at any time by writing to info.astramedia2026@gmail.com.
1. Who we are
Astra Media is a marketing and PR agency registered in India. We run creator campaigns, content, PR and websites for brands. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean Astra Media, and "you" means anyone who visits astramedia.co.in or sends us a form.

2. What we collect

3. Why we use it
- To reply to you, including one automatic email from Astro that confirms what you sent and lists the details we still need.
- If you ticked the box, to message you on WhatsApp or Telegram about your sign-up or enquiry. We write to you personally; we never add you to bulk or broadcast messages.
- For creators: to consider you for paid brand campaigns that fit your channel.
- For brands: to prepare a proposal and to run the work you hire us for.
- To keep our records and meet legal and tax obligations.
We use your details because you sent them to us and agreed to this policy when you submitted the form. You can withdraw that agreement at any time (see section 7).
4. Who we share it with
- Brands (creators only): when we suggest you for a campaign, we may share your public channel details, audience numbers and rates with that brand. We ask you before sharing your email or phone number.
- Service providers we use to run Astra Media: Google (Gmail and Google Sheets, where form entries are stored) and Cloudflare (website hosting). They process data on our behalf.
- WhatsApp (Meta) and Telegram, only when we message you there because you asked us to.
- Authorities, only if the law requires it.
We never sell your details and never pass them to anyone for their own marketing.
5. Where it is stored and for how long
Your details are stored in our Google Workspace account (Gmail and Google Sheets). Google and Cloudflare may store data on servers outside India.
We keep your details while we are working with you or may contact you about relevant work, and delete them after 24 months without contact, or sooner if you ask.
6. How we protect it
Access is limited to the Astra Media team, our accounts are password-protected, and the website uses an encrypted (HTTPS) connection.
7. Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you can ask us to:
- tell you what details we hold about you and how we use them,
- correct or update them,
- delete them, or stop using them (withdraw consent),
- let someone you trust act for you if you cannot.
Write to info.astramedia2026@gmail.com. We reply within 7 working days. If you are not happy with our answer, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
8. Children
Our forms are for adults. If you are under 18, please do not send us your details. If we learn that we hold details of someone under 18, we delete them.
9. Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Big changes will also be shown on our home page.
